Clorinda King hace 3 meses en Google

I pulled into one of the stalls to place an order for a large tea, this was before lunch and after breakfast rush. It took over 15 min for a tea, after I pushed the speaker button for the 2nd time to ask if perhaps they forgot then was brought the tea. For almost 4.00 for a tea you would think service could be quicker Service: 2

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

We always aim to serve up your favorite refreshing drinks quickly and with a smile so we hate that we kept you waiting at your stall, Clorinda. We want every stop to be fast, easy, and completely worth it. We’ll make sure your feedback is reviewed by the appropriate team.

Better than the other Sonics in this area of Texas but we always get this cashier that is a total tard! She makes it her life’s work to make people say “tatertots” when Hello, honey you work at a Sonic Drive-in, when someone asks for “tots”, no they aren’t “fries”, duh. They are “tots” as in Mr. Tot! If you hate your job so much and are so horrible at customer service go work at McDonalds right down the road.
