Ordered via door dash tonight. When I received the order, I received a cherry limeade and a blue slushy that I did not order, instead of my shake and soft serve I ordered. I went through the refund with door dash and then reordered. I then received a completely melted shake and soft serve. I can only imagine that they gave the items missing from order one to the second order, which was about 30 minutes later. Who trains these people? Absolutely comedians these guys. My Sonic Drive-In visit was a mixed bag, but the highs made it worthwhile. The burgers were fantastic. Juicy, flavorful, and everything a fast-food craving demands. However, the tater tots were a letdown, arriving cold and tasting far from fresh, and the soft pretzels didn’t hold a candle to the warm, chewy ones I loved at the Florida Sonic. What truly saved the day was the stellar service. The guy working was incredibly polite, quick, and made the experience genuinely enjoyable. Sonic, give that man a raise. He’s out here turning cold tots into a forgivable offense! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
