Sonic in NIXA, MO is by the WORST Sonic I’ve ever been to. I placed an order at 10:25pm I arrived at this location and checked in to spot 4 around 10:30pm. I sat there and waited for 30 minutes with no one bringing me my order while all the cars around that pulled up after had been helped. I finally went out of my way and stopped the employee and asked “did my order get lost or something I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes”. She say “let me go see if your checked in” I said “ya, I checked in 30 minutes ago”. She ignored me and walked inside after entering the building she didn’t finish helping me she went and took a drive thru order making me sit and wait longer. While there were atleast 3-4 other workers inside which could have helped with the drive thru order. Then all of a sudden she comes outside with my order and doesn’t even apologize or anything. Just a simple I’m sorry for the wait and I would have been much more understanding. Once I finally get home to eat my food there was a hair in my tater tots. To clarify I wasn’t mad about waiting I get we have to wait sometimes but 30 minutes with everyone who ordered after me getting their orders does bother me. As well as 2 girls who were off the clock and in street clothes pulled up after I got there went inside the restaurant in their street clothes off the clock and got food and drinks and left before me. That is unacceptable for people to be friends or off the clock employees in street clothes entering the business and doing what they please. I then called the location once I got home and asked to speak with the manager and informed them that the way I was treated was not ok all for the manager to be rude as well and tell me that those girls are “employees” acting like them being there in street clothes off the clock getting/eating food and roaming around the establishment is perfectly fine when in fact it is not! The manager also tried arguing with me that I wasn’t checked in when in fact I was. Poor managment and service all around at this location. I will go to the Ozark, MO location if I decide to even return to Sonic at all. You should be ashamed of yourself and your work ethics. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

i had a mobile order last night that included a cheeseburger. they completely forgot the burger patty?! after going all the way home and realizing. we drove back to get it remade. the worker laughed and didn’t even offer to remake it! we had to show him it was wrong before he took that same old burger from us (that we’ve had for 40 minutes) and just threw a patty on it. i could actually tell he didn’t make a new burger. it looked exactly like the old burger i had with nothing on it and everything on it was still cold except for the patty. that’s disgusting! how are you going to mess it up twice??? also the tater tots were extremely oversalted!! spoke to the manager and he offered some coupons like maybe remake our whole order since we’ve had to come up here 3 times and now our food is cold and still wrong! whole establishment is so unprofessional. do better!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pretty consistent on the food but have had a couple of off days over the years but don't we all. I'll go back Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
