Literally was driving through Willard and decided to stop during happy hour to get a route 44 cherry Coke got to the bottom of my cherry Coke and there was no cherries at all in my soda called up the manager to let them know and the best he could say was, he was gonna let his carhops know that every cherry Coke needs to have cherries in it horrible customer service terribly disappointed with my cherry Coke Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1

Stopped there about an hour ago , dude on intercom asks for order . I tell him , then he screams at me "speak up " , so I yell my order again, then I see on the screen that the order had been doubled . So I wait 45 minutes and no one showed with my order. I left . I have been stopping there for years , and tipping very will each time . Not anymore . No wonder they are closing sonics all over . That's what happens when u have incompetent help .
