Rude as hell. They had 40 to 30 mins to close and they were just plain out unprofessional. They didn't want to answer the the intercom, and when they finally answered right from the start they were being loud and rude with us. Horrible customer service! We eneded up just canceling our order and leaving. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Prompt service, clear voice, quick delivery, gave me complimentary water for my dogs. Thank you!Food was meh, what was expected of a burger joint. Atmosphere was mid; nothing appalling, but also nothing stellar. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

We stopped for our first time at a Sonic Drive-In, in Safford, AZ. We ordered two meals a Hatch green chili cheeseburger (actually pretty good), popcorn chicken (dried out like cardboard), and soggy fries. Somehow asking for an ice tea and lemonade as the drinks equated to two ice teas and a lemonade. When the girl showed up with our order I asked her why she brought three drinks. She told me it's because I ordered them. I said I wanted one ice tea and one lemonade. She said I get a bonus ice tea like I had won the lottery or something. I gave two stars instead of one because they were very friendly; I generally blame management for poor training. The burger was relatively decent. We won't go back though.
