ORDERED 2 BREAKFAST TOASTERS WITH TOTS AND WALKED OUT WITH A SLOOPY HAMBURGER AND CHICKEN NUGGETS. SOME PEOPLE CANT JUST TURN AROUND AND GO BACK WHEN THEY ARE IN A BIG RIG AND THEY HAVE WORK TO DO PAY ATTENTION PEOPLE!

Came in from out of town for 4 days visited their drive-thru twice a day for my vanilla sweet tea fix, they have the best tea hands down! I wish I did not live 5 hours away

The drive-thru service is poor. Several times I sit at the speaker and will not be greeted until after the car at the window drove off. Today after the car drove off they still didn't say anything. I said "hello" a couple times with no response. I drove up to the window and this guy who looks like he might have been a manager saw me quickly came to the window and instead of apologizing said his 'speaker greeting' like a rehearsed robot. No apology for waiting, handed my food no thank you. I will not visit this Sonic again. Today was the final straw.
