Antes me gustaba mucho, pero cada vez están peor. El personal no es nada amable, no ponen atención a las órdenes y dan lo que no es.

The first time I came here today I waited for ten minutes collectively at two different stalls. I had placed a guest mobile order and pressed the button to give them my name but no one ever came over the speaker so I left. I heard several orders being taken while I waited. I lost $4. The second time I came, I placed another mobile order (while I was signed into the app) and realized that 90% of the stalls are out of order without a sign. I saw two that had an out of order sign but there were at least 6-7 that did not work because I saw people keep backing up and trying to move to another one. The drive thru was almost wrapped around the building as well. When I marked what spot I was in the second time, which was mobile pick up only spot 17, I got an error message that 17 wasn’t available so I had to drive around AGAIN to find another spot. In total I probably drove around the building 5 times before I found a spot that worked meanwhile dodging the gigantic potholes that litter the parking lot. I got a message that my food would be ready at 4:28 (I got here a little after 4:28) and it’s now 4:53 and I just got my food and people that got here after me had already received their food and left. The difference in the signage and the app seems contradictory. The app says go to spot 16 and give your name to the sonic employee. Spot 16 does not have a board or a red button so I cannot give my name and it says to check in with the app, which I did. I had to get out and walk to the menu board under the awning and was told they’re sorry and they’re so short staffed and then shortly after I received my food. I feel like I was forgotten about and not valued as a customer. This has got to be the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. All I ordered was a hot dog and 6 cheese sticks. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We have been going to Sonic Drive-In's for about 18 years now. We use to go to the ones in Fayetteville, GA & Griffin, GA. When we would call about something that was wrong with our order (which wasn't very often) we were asked our name & were told that the next time we came by to tell them who we were & we would get that particular item free. I just called the this one & explained that we were there on July 4 th & got a medium chocolate malt & it was not mixed very well at all. The chocolate syrup & the malt mix were in chunks on the bottom of the cup. I told them that we were in there today 7-8-14 & got a medium chocolate malt with the same result as on the 4th. I supposedly talked to one of the managers & all he said was "okay I'll tell them". Not very satisfactory service. Since this Sonic's doesn't seem to want to back up their product I guess I am going to be looking for a new Sonic Drive-In. Especially since the malts aren't exactly cheap in price. Quality yes but not price.
