Serving up great breakfast with friendly, helpful communication is what we strive for on every shift, BJ. We are sending your notes straight to drive-in leadership so store management can focus on crew hospitality and clear menu communication!

place went downhill FAST after mrs becky left. used to be the fastest, most consistent and best sonic around and now they don’t bring you order out if you’re in line, food takes forever, is often messed up and they leave things out. not to mention i’ve gotten busted sauce packets thrown in several times, possibly spoiled and covering my entire bag with ranch on the inside.

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

Providing a fast, consistent stop is a core target for our drive-in layout, Dalton. We're sorry your recent visits have involved line delays, missing menu items, and messy packaging builds. Your valuable feedback has been submitted to the team for a review, and we truly hope you'll continue giving us opportunities to clear the bar for you.
