The person who took our order acted like they were in a rush. So had to pay for a smasher, tots and drink individually instead of a meal. Told her pickles only on smasher but got all vegetables on my burger. Sadly couldn’t eat it since I’m allergic to onions. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

Fulfilling precise order modifications and ensuring proper combo pricing are core commitments for our team, Sierra. We are deeply sorry that your meal build missed your specifications and included unrequested ingredients. Your experience has been shared directly with the kitchen crew to reinforce our ticket double-checks.

People are so rude when taking your order. No customer service skills whatsoever. Need to train the staff on being polite and not interrupt someone when they are trying to place an order. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Chili Cheese Coney

Response from the owner hace 4 meses
