En Sonic Drive-In puedes encargar comida a domicilio. Una serie de clientes se han dado cuenta de que aquí el personal es bueno. Sus visitantes te advierten de que es un pena pagar dinero por su sobrevalorado servicio. Pagarás unos precios asequibles cuando comas en este lugar. Good luck getting your order taken! Went there this evening and had the same issue as I did 2 other times recently. Pressed the red button to start order, after a few minutes the screen goes back to the Home Screen and it tells you to “press red button to start order”. I had to press the red button 4 times tonight before I finally called them, told them what stall I was in and asked if someone could take my order. At least the food was good and hot! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

We’re glad to hear your food was hot and delicious, Mary, but we’re so sorry for the "red button" delay. We know how frustrating it is to keep pressing for service without a response. Our goal is to make ordering as smooth and quick as possible. We’ll make sure it’s reviewed by the appropriate team.

I have been waiting for a fat minute on our shakes (4 of them) they forgot to make mine. And am waiting even longer. I understand shakes take a second and you have to clean the machines. I totally get that. But y'all took 30 minutes for 3 shakes that came back melted. The lady was nice. But she said she'd get me some coupons and didn't. I totally understand that this comes off as me whining and complaining. But 1.) timely service is important and it's not that busy. 2.) it's better to under promise and over deliver. And 3.) my order wasn't complicated Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

We know you’re on the move, Joclynn, and we’re bummed we kept you waiting today. Speed is a huge part of the SONIC experience, and it sounds like we missed the mark. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll be sharing it with the appropriate team.
