Did not go there to eat today. Picked up to 10 lb bags of ice. Service was great very friendly Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

We mobile ordered a couple burgers after church. My husband always orders no tomatoes and it usually gets ignored, wherever we go. They made the sandwich correctly and they were both hot and fresh and ready when we go there.

5/6/26 Tonight my daughter placed an order on her Sonic app for 4 drinks, a float, and a chicken wrap. She tipped 10% on the bill. We ordered on our phone as we pulled up to the mobile pick up spot. The order was placed at 5:28 pm. Multiple cars went through the drive-thru while four of us sat parked in the stalls. When we still hadn't received the order by 6:00 pm my daughter got out of the car to press the button on the walk-up menu. The car hop said that they had in fact seen the order and would get around to bringing it to us. Thirty minutes is how long it takes Chili's to bring the meal to a table. Our order should not have taken that long. The tip was not deserved. Meal type: Other Service: 1

Waiting a long time is never the goal, especially when you ordered ahead, Lauren. Waiting 30 minutes is far beyond our standards, and we’ll be sharing this with our team to work on speed and efficiency. We hope we can provide a much faster run next time.
