Normal Sonic ambiance. Ordered groovy fries with the groovy sauce, Heath Bar Blast, sprite, and blackberry water. Fries were from what tasted like yesterday. No sauce. Blast was made like someone set the cup 100 yards away and decided to throw the Heath mix at it and whatever went in the cup went into the blast. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Hot, fresh fries and a perfectly blended Heath Blast are the only ways to enjoy SONIC, Garon, and we’re sorry your order fell so short of our standards. Your feedback has been passed straight to management to help us improve our kitchen execution and accuracy.

I ordered 4 Jr. Double cheese burgers along with 2 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers, slushie and a pretzel. When I got back home none of the burgers were correct and the pretzel was hard on the outside and dry in the inside. The last two times the slushie I’ve gotten has been watered down tasting. The Jr. Double cheeseburgers all had onions which they do not come with. The Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers also had onions on them (which I didn’t know until I got back home with the “fixed” 4 Jr. double cheeseburgers.) I called the store and they told me to come back to get them corrected and I did. They ended up not even giving me the right burgers. I got 4 Jr. bacon cheeseburgers. I’m not usually one to complain about simple mistakes but the man that took care of us asked us atleast 4 times about what I wanted on the burgers that I didn’t even end up getting. I guess regardless of what you get, you should check all your food before you leave this location. I will not be coming back to this location. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We’re sorry for the frustrating mix-ups with your burgers, pretzel, and slushies, Kaitlyn. We always want your order to be perfectly prepared and completely accurate, especially after taking the extra time to double-check everything with you. We hate that we missed the mark and made your trip back home inconvenient. We’ll make sure your feedback is reviewed by the appropriate team.
