My cousin informed me that he experienced food poisoning from a burger approximately three days ago. It is confirmed that he indeed suffered from food poisoning, having consumed solely a burger from Sonic. It is quite disappointing that he endured such an illness. In my view, I would prefer to refrain from eating there until the establishment addresses its issues and ensures proper cleanliness. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This Sonic Drive-In is always super slow, but they usually have friendly, courteous carhops (like Otisha), so it balances out. Well it looks like I can't even depend on the carhops anymore. I went to get drinks today, and Jana delivered my drink with red sticky stuff all over it. When I asked for a napkin to wipe it off, she actually seemed annoyed and took my drink and wiped it on her apron. I was taken aback by this, but she said would be back with extra napkins. After disappearing for a while, Jana came out and went to the car right next us, gave them all if their food, ...with extra napkins. After finishing up with them, she turned around and left... never bringing me my extra napkins. Customer service is a very large part of this business, and they may want to do some more training.
