Response from the owner hace 3 meses

We’re sorry your meal fell short and not hitting the mark, Robyn. We always want your food to arrive hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious, even if the Coke was spot on. We’re committed to serving up high-quality favorites and want to ensure your next visit is much better. We’ll make sure your feedback is reviewed by the appropriate team.

I’m sad to say this is a total shame to the “Sonic Drive-In” name!! I WILL NOT BE DINING THERE IN THE FUTURE!!!! The outside atmosphere is the iconic theme for the establishment, yet at this particular location, the table-seating for dining, is being used as a tie off spot for a poor helpless dog!!! Not only is it unsanitary, the poor dog has been left there every day for at least 4hrs at a time at 10am 2pm specifically (when I travel this route to and from work, and take my lunch in that area.)I used to eat at my favorite burger place, Sonic, but I now choose to take my business across the street to Sharp’s Burger Ranch or Pizza Hut and I sit in my car and watch this poor dog, just wishing I could enjoy a sonic burger like I used to!! But nope! It’s sad cause no one ever checks the poor dog and it’s SICKENING!! I have also been made aware that other co-workers will not eat there anymore either because of the poor dog!! This is a ONE STAR and a FAIL on management!!! Being Sonic Drive-in is franchise, I will not knock the SONIC name but it really makes me question if OWNERS is aware of this (along with many other management discrepancies) going unaddressed and overlooked to the point of the public distaste in MANY eyes of Lewiston consumers! Please feel free to contact me here! I hope this is addressed in a timely manor!!! Thank you, -Summer Janssen Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
