I made an order at 8:08 to be picked up at 8:35. I get to the place on time, and go to the app to check in. the app will not let me check in. i call twice and no one picks up. i decide to move to an ordering bay, and tell someone what happened. it is now 8:55 and i have yet to receive my order. i have come to expect slow service from sonic but this is truly abysmal. the whole point of ordering ahead is to be in and out, not wait 20 mins for a slush and two pretzels. if you want something fast, do not come here. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
