Un gran número de visitantes remarcan que aquí puedes tomar una generosa hamburguesa doble de queso, unos atrayentes perritos de maíz y un singular queso frito. First time here. Ordered a chili cheese footlong with onions and mustard. And a large coke. The hotdog was anything but hut. Chili and dog were cold bun was hard. No mustard not even a napkin. Never will come back Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1

Our Footlong Quarter Pound Coney is a SONIC classic, but it's only as good as it is fresh. We're so sorry to hear we missed the mark on your first visit, Franklin. We’re working with our team to make sure every order is prepared properly and delivered at its best. We hope to have a chance to serve you a much better meal next time.

I could better rate the actual food if anyone had ever bothered to take our order. As far as the service I could agree that there was none. We ended up just leaving and going somewhere else.

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

We hear you, Jill, and we’re sorry this experience fell short. Every guest should be acknowledged and taken care of promptly, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to wait without receiving service. We’re sharing this with our team to improve attentiveness and overall service flow moving forward.
