We visited the Sonic at 210 Battlefield in Springfield Missouri. This particular Sonic has a picnic and playground area. My grandchildren age 8 and 9 loved the playground and all the sand around the equipment. Service was very friendly and we got exactly what was ordered. My grandchildren did not like their jr. burgers or the ketchup they served with the fries. My biggest complaint about the area was that all of the tables were very dirty. Sticky ice cream and soda residue, crumbs, and bird poop. Some even had sand on them. I said something to the carhop about the condition and she said they cleaned them several times a day. Even after being told the situation with the tables, no one came out to wipe them down. The kids love going and it's close to where their doctor's office is located but I may look for somewhere else to eat when we are 100 miles away from home because cleanliness is very important to me also. Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Waited in drive thru for service they waved us to the window. Sat another 5 minutes in line. Finally went to a stall and ordered our drinks. Took another 17 minutes to get drinks. No food. Will never be back to this location again Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

The absolute worst Sonic Drive-Inn experience I have ever had in Springfield in 8 years that I lived here. No acknowledgment of anyone at the speaker and waiting in line for over 10 minutes. Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
