Kindal was quick, didn't get rude when we mentioned a couple of items were forgotten and he was super respectful. We have been to many Sonic locations and this was the best service so far! 7 meals and we had our order in less than 10 minutes! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

Feeding a big group of seven with a sub-10-minute turnaround is a massive win, but it’s Kindal's stellar attitude that truly makes this a standout visit. Handling a forgotten item with total grace and respect is exactly how a rockstar carhop takes care of our guests, Sarah. Thank you for crowning this your absolute favorite location!

This location just needs to be shut down at this point. Whoever runs this sonic does not need to be in this business. Stuff’s always wrong and you got a goblin at the front that is super rude and he almost got hands laid on him this morning. Worst sonic by far and the “food” I got wasn’t cooked all the way. SUCKS ALL AROUND. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 6 meses

We want every visit to be a win, Keilee, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry to hear the food and service didn't meet our standards. We aim for high-quality meals and professional interactions. We’ll ensure your feedback is reviewed by the appropriate leadership for review.
