Stephanie is the only person I let sharpen my shears. She always does an awesome job and has saved my same set of thinning shears twice now. She was in on my day off this time so I left my shears for her, in full faith that she could fix them up. Never disappointed!

I have been grooming dogs for 13 years, and have been involved in the industry even longer. I have never come across a sharpener as professional as Stephanie. She's so sweet and funny, it was great to have a conversation with her while we both worked. She did an awesome job on all my shears, and let me use her shears while she was working on mine. There was no pressure to buy anything ever, but I did anyway because I found a pair that I couldn't bear to part with. Before she left, she made sure that I had tried out all my shears and that I was satisfied with them. I have had some really bad experiences with sharpeners before, and it's really nice to finally find one I can trust. I can't recommend her enough - give her a try, you will NOT be disappointed!
