This may be my worst restaurant experience. We waited for our order for over an hour — ordered at 750PM and were served at 9PM. It may have been okay, but when we got our food, they were not even warm! The garlic butter shrimp was served on a “sizzling” plate, but it was clearly not hot at all, with sebo, plus the shrimps were overcooked — you can tell from the texture. When I complained, they said they will just heat it up in their microwave. Really?? The staff didn’t seem to find anything wrong with the order and with offering to just microwave it. Their truffle pasta had no taste whatsoever - not even seasoned at all. Why even call it truffle pasta. And these are not even that cheap — shrimps for ₱370 and pasta for ₱290. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to take pictures because of how mad I was about this and returned the food. It was 9PM and we haven’t had anything to eat, after our Caticlan flight was cancelled. I couldn’t believe this is a restaurant. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Decent Meal. Happy Staffs. Comfy Place. Mesmerising View. Those are four main reasons why I keep coming back to Sotera Rooftop Cafe. It's a good place to end a stressful day or to enjoy a happy weekend. The view of the sun sinking in the horizon is a mood changer! I just sit there until the sky turns dark while listening to some mellow music, thinking about my day. Sotera Rooftop Cafe is surely a wonderful place and I recommend it to everyone!
