New South Block in Springfield was great. Ordered ahead and it was ready upon arrival. Daughter spilled hers on the floor. Staff prepped a new one for her on the spot. So kind! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We came in, ordered 2 bowls, 1 smoothie. We waited over 30 mins. The workers there were prioritizing the app orders. After the very long wait, we got 3 bowls. I brought it to the attention of the worker that we ordered 2 bowls and 1 smoothies, not 3 bowls. She took the bowl back, and started making the smoothie. At this point I was livid, because why not just give us the bowl too, instead of throwing it away, so I asked her if we can keep it, and she shrugged her shoulders. As she was coming back I had to bring it to her attention we waited over 30 mins for our food, and to give us the bowl. So she brought it over. Upon tasting the smoothie that the other lady made quickly, it tasted, had no sweetener, and just felt like a slap to the face. We spent over $35 only 3 bowls, and the customer service couldn’t be better? On top of that I brought my cousin from abroad to experience an American smoothie, and she saw all this. I’m embarrassed. Very rude staff. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Denise is polite, kind, friendly and curteous. If shes not the manager make her one, if she is the manager give her a raise. Shes probably one of the huge reasons you all have a 4.9 rating. Customer service is rare these days and to get is a treat. Everyone was kind but Denise cashed me out. Im sure everyone is just as awesome as Denise was. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
