The service and atmosphere here were absolutely great, and we didn't have to wait long at all to get our food. However, the food itself was a bit of a letdown. The catfish had more of a Creole taste rather than the traditional Southern flavor I was expecting. The fries were just okay, but they barely gave us enough ketchup for one person, let alone the three of us who were eating. To top it off, the food was only lukewarm when it arrived, and the side of spaghetti was completely cold. Great customer service, but the food quality needs to match it. Went to this establishment, walk in the only customer there, greeted with cold can I help you, by some woman sitting behind the counter, no welcome to to southwind fish or how are you, I knew right them the service wasn’t going to be bad and I wasn’t spending my money there. Atmosphere: 1
