I ordered for the first time March 25th for a family table, and I was honestly impressed! Initially the service was excellent, the staff very polite and fast. The prices are very affordable for such quality food, the cod was delicious and we had some leftovers because the pan was more than enough. Fantastic crab salad and calamari fried in the right oil! It is the best solution for large tables because it offers large quantities and high quality at affordable prices. The first March 25 that I enjoyed food without sweating over the pan. Customer for several years. The quality is not always consistent but generally quite good. But what I find unacceptable is that from Friday I ordered 1 pan of cod, 1 pan of calamari and the side dishes for 4 people and I confirmed on Saturday to be sure that today March 25 the order would be at my table at 2:00pm. I was informed at 2:20 by my own phone that there was a mistake and they ran out of food and they don't have to send it to me. The worst thing is that giving them a chance to send me something else, except they didn't suggest it themselves for the mistake they made, they got nothing. I feel sorry for them. You earn the customers' trust, you don't take it for granted and you try to find a solution when you are exposed to such an extent. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1
