Brian was incredibly kind and understanding! We had a few complications with our order, and not only was he genuinely apologetic, but he made sure everything was fixed right away. He checked in on us throughout our visit to make sure everything was taken care of and that we were happy. His positive attitude and outstanding customer service completely turned the experience around. It's not often you come across someone who truly cares about making things right, and Brian went above and beyond to do just that. Thank you for making us feel valued. We really appreciate it and will definitely be back!

Very amazing place! We did the 30 minute escape room and 1.5 hours of bowling. Both activities were really fun. The area was well maintained and clean. They also have many discounts and offers throughout the week (ex. Free bowling for kids everyday, etc.) I really recommend this place. Will definitely come here again!

It’s the kind of venue where there’s always something to do, making it perfect for a casual evening or a full event night. They offer a wide range of activities including arcade games, bowling lanes, laser tag, and escape rooms, along with restaurant-style seating and food options inside the facility. The setup makes it easy to spend several hours here without getting bored. This place is also great for team-building events, birthday parties, group gatherings, and casual hangouts. The facility feels organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the overall experience. One of the best parts is their deals and activity packages, which offer good value considering how much there is to do. The entrance faces east, and restrooms are clean. I recommend this place and I would definitely revisit in the future.
