!DON’T ORDER ONLINE! I’m absolutely disgusted in the service I received tonight. First of all when you order online it doesn’t update you and tell You when the order is on its way, I then had to call the place after waiting a hour and a half for my food for him to put me on hold and rudely come back to say “my driver coming wait” when I finally received my order my whole thing was shambles, was missing items and sent the wrong items. I called and questioned this to which he answered with such rudeness! Telling me I’m a silly girl and that “I’m sure I put in your missing items” well clearly not, I then said I would pack it all up and bring it back to them for a refund to which I was laughed at and told “NO REFUND” not the first time I’ve had a unpleasant experience but benefit of doubt was given, now it’s a lesson learnt and I’m honestly so disgusted! Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
