Ordered at 5.45 rang up at 6.50 to be told they were busy and to just wait it will be a while. Then rang up again at 8 the woman on the phone was apologetic and then took it on her self to drive it herself to me. Food was ok just sadly the children where in be before the food arrived ! Food: 4

We placed a large order on the website at 5.07pm, delivery was stated at 5.55pm. When the delivery was 15 minutes late, we called and was told it would be cooked in 20 minutes. When 30 minutes had passed we called again but after numerous rings the phone was taken off the hook. This then continued until the food arrived. The food arrived at 6.55pm an hour after the original delivery time and nearly 2 hours after ordering. We told the driver we wanted it taken back and to be refunded and he said he didn't have time for that and to call the business - how, when they're not answering the phone to us. I emailed and requested a refund and got a failure email bounceback, despite it being the one provided online. This is not just a late complaint, it is a service and attitude complaint.
