If I could give a 0 I would. I Ordered from uber eats because they had a BOGO offer. They only gave me 1 bowl. We tried reaching out at the WEM location but the phone number was not in service. Also spoke to the south location bc they’re affiliated, and after waiting for a while we got a phone call saying we can’t get a refund or any credits from Uber. Customer service was non-existent. The lady I spoke to at the South location was very rude about the situation and told us that it was our fault for pressing the wrong button, and looking at our history from Uber eats, there was no mistake. She also kept insisting they will lose money for giving the missing bowl because of the price difference which doesn’t even make any sense because it was their promo in the first place. As a regular customer this experience was so disappointing and time consuming. Be careful when you guys order from them. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hopefully the staff get trained for appropriate customer service because it's literally ruining the potential of this business. Every time I visit this location, the staff is impolite and looks like they have no interest in their job. The phone number provided is also out of service. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unlike all other SPLASH POKE restaurants I've ever been to, this one had a third option beyond white or brown rice, they also offered noodles as a base! Never had this option in any other locations, worth checking out! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: Would recommend parking around the T&T, as we found numerous spots mid-day during the summer which had a direct route to the entryway. Couldn't have been more than 100 feet.
