We stay at Baker’s Cay often, so we’ve eaten here more times than we can count. We have tried just about every appetizer and entree on the menu. The food is consistently fresh and well-prepared. The location is hard to beat, with plenty of seating and great views. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Unfortunately, Dry Rocks feels overpriced for what you get—much like much of the experience at Bakers Cay Resort overall. I ordered an espresso martini priced at $17, and I genuinely don’t think it contained any vodka at all. It was weak and disappointing for the price. The margherita pizza was decent and probably the best part of the meal, but the chicken quesadilla was barely edible. It was made with shredded dark-meat chicken (not disclosed on the menu and something I would not have ordered), and the cheese was overpowering and overly salty. Service was spotty at best, which made the mandatory 20% service charge—applied regardless of party size—even more frustrating. The “live music” added to the discomfort rather than the atmosphere. At one point, other diners openly told the performer they didn’t care what he played next. It was awkward for everyone involved, and honestly, we were embarrassed for him. The setting has potential, but the food, drinks, service, pricing, and overall experience are badly misaligned. Glad we tried it, but it’s not somewhere I’d return to or recommend in its current state. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
