Don’t let the bar-style atmosphere fool you! Split Social Kitchen is serving some seriously elevated food. This is definitely not your typical bar menu. There are so many layers of flavor in these dishes, and you can tell a lot of thought goes into every plate. I had the Bougie Boat, which was salmon served over a bed of rice with an incredible creamy sauce. Everything worked together perfectly! The flavorful salmon, seasoned rice, and a sauce that pulled the whole dish together. My wife had the Meat and Taters chimichurri-marinated steak tips over gnocchi with chimichurri butter sauce, roasted red peppers, bacon, without the red pepper flakes. That dish was packed with flavor. The steak, gnocchi, chimichurri, bacon… every bite had something going on without any one flavor overpowering the others. The presentation was beautiful, the portions were satisfying, and both dishes tasted every bit as good as they looked. Hats off to the chef! Split Social Kitchen absolutely surprised us, and we’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40
