I am a grownup, 40 yr old woman who was scolded at this yogurt shop for not wanting drippy, melted yogurt in my cup. This is a self-serve shop, but their yogurt machines are not ready to serve FROZEN yogurt. When you pull the dispensing handles down, drippy, runny, MELTED yogurt is dispensed for the first five seconds. After that, the freezing kicks in and frozen yogurt is dispensed. I don't want melted yogurt, so I wait until the melted yogurt is released before placing my cup. I was scolded by an employee, who says, "Ma'am, you can't do that!" There is no waste cup available next to the machines, and I don't want melted yogurt, I explained. Her response is, "That's what kids do, kids play with them." Apparently, I, was playing. No matter how much I enjoy this yogurt, I won't return to a business where I was treated with such contempt.
