Great food and nice presentation at this lovely spot in downtown Bothell. Good ambience and very impressed with the four dishes we got - tiger prawns, dan dan noodz, popcorn chicken, and the showstopper fish blossoms (not pictured). Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food here is fantastic! We ordered the Salted Egg Yolk Chicken Wings, Tiger Prawns with Preserved Mustard Greens, Stir-fried Beef, and the Beef and Onion Rice Bowl. Everything was delicious. The portions are a bit on the smaller side, but this actually works out perfectly because it allows you to try a wider variety of dishes and flavors. Highly recommend! Visited Spring Bistro for the first time and had a great experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the food is delicious and fairly priced, and the staff is wonderfully helpful when navigating the menu. My only direct feedback was that the noodles were slightly overcooked, though the dish was still very enjoyable overall. A solid 4 stars, being generous as our experience and service was great and they provided a discount with a review. Wishing them well and already looking forward to coming back. Note on my rating scale: Sharing this for transparency, as I recognize that a 3-star review may be misinterpreted as reflecting a mediocre experience. 5 stars – Exceptional: Outstanding food, service, and/or overall experience. Truly worth going out of your way for. (For example, we frequently make the drive from San Antonio to Austin just for Uchi.) 4 stars – Very Good: Exceeds expectations in quality, service, or ambiance. 3 stars – Good: A solid experience that meets expectations.
