Spent 4 days at the inlet for golf this is a great breakfast spot and you can't beat the prices.

The food and cost were great. The server was very good and on point. The only thing we saw that did not make sense was two different bill totals, one for cash the other for using a card. I'm not a fan of establishments doing this. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Pot Roast, Burger

Like others on here I was very surprised they have so many 5 star reviews. We went for breakfast, the parking lot was packed, usually a good sign. Not the case. Let's start with the positive. Waitress was lovely, coffee and bacon was good. I had the gyro omelette, taziki sauce was good... omelette itself was dry, almost rubbery, barely any feta and the lamb tasted off. Also got cheese grits (definitely not made with any kind of grease, flavorless, cheese, salt and pepper couldn't salvage them) biscuit (had like a burnt fake butter taste, idk like the pan was sprayed with a butter flavored non stick and it left a horrible taste) and a side of corned beef hash (100% out of a can) Hubby got the Spring House Special. Asked for over medium eggs, they were over hard, already said bacon was good and the pancakes were terrible. Flavorless, tough, chewy, limp, lifeless. Devoid of hope. You get the picture. Better pancakes at iHop and that's saying something. Didn't finish a single pancake. Whatever the family secret is at Spring House Family Restaurant, they should have kept it to themselves.
