If you enjoy exploring food, this shop has it own unique take on spring rolls, known in Mandarin as 春卷.They have a unique filling which is rarely found elsewhere, namely beansprouts with egg. There is a minced chicken and also a minced pork version.If your stomach can take it, try it as a complete salad with their chill paste, tamarind sauce and raw kang kong leaves.
