I've always enjoyed supporting this restaurant and have given them a lot of grace because I know small businesses can have off days. I've been a regular customer and genuinely enjoy their drinks and food (House Beef Bowl is my family and I's fav and go-to), which makes it even more disappointing to write this review. My most recent takeout order (Wed, June 3rd) House Beef Bowl unfortunately had a hair in it, which completely ruined my meal. What makes this harder to overlook is that my previous House Beef Bowl was extremely salty. So salty that I couldn't eat it, and that's saying something because I normally enjoy salty foods. I understand mistakes happen, and that's why I didn't leave a negative review after the first experience. However, having two disappointing visits in a row, especially with a food safety issue like finding hair in my meal, is concerning. I truly want to continue supporting this business, but I hope they pay closer attention to quality control and consistency moving forward. I'm sharing this feedback because I know they're capable of doing better, and I'd love to have the positive experiences that made me a regular customer in the first place. P.S. Customer service also needs improvement. The employee taking my order came across as uninterested and unfriendly. I understand everyone has difficult days, but a welcoming attitude and basic friendliness go a long way in creating a positive customer experience.

I was excited to try this place after seeing them at the CRMC Nurse event, but it was disappointing. The matcha tasted watered down, the coffee wasn't very good, and THE SERVICE felt rushed from start to end. I understand busy hours happen, but the employee wasn't very helpful or welcoming. Overall, it was a bummer experience. Food: 1 Service: 1

I went here on Friday August 1st. I've been here a couple of times, just to get tea and an appetizer. This time I ordered a mango fruit tea, made with jasmine green tea and mango puree. I asked for it less sweet and it came out good. Also ordered their furikake fries which were better than I thought they would be. It gets busy here and it's a small space, so be prepared to sit outside or take your food/drinks to go. Springly is also close to Barnes and Noble, so it's nice to get a tea or coffee from here and head over there after! Service is good and nicely decorated inside. I would come back when I'm in the area. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $10–20
