I absolutely love to come to Springsteens Diner, whenever my partner and I travel to Ireland. This has to be our favourite restaurant over here. However, for over 20 years they have been serving American based food and I cannot be disappointed. Firstly, credit goes to the fabulous team that work here. You make everything easy and taste delicious. In addition, i love how everything about the lay out and how it feels home-like. Secondly, the food was perfect! Most of the food items come with a side (read the menu to make sure). I got myself “the firebird burger” and the bacon mac and cheese. The burger was really good and was well constructed and the mac and cheese was creamy and such a delightful meal. Finally, their current cocktail of the week a mango, peach and strawberry daiquiri was absolutely beautiful! Not just from presentation but with blasting taste too!
