Very disorganised staff, lots of shouting and arguing. Took 40 mins to do 1 fish chips and curry sauce and that was after having to remind them. Friends Ordered gluten free and normal chips, got back to campsite and gluten stuff was missing had to go back.
Food has potential but staff and organisation needs to improve.
A smile wouldn’t go a miss.
Should be on Hell’s Kitchen #gordonramsey

Every time my family have ordered, something has been wrong or missing I gave it a go for myself but still went wrong so we are giving up with st Anne’s now. Ordered wrap with choice of salad and sauce choice of beans. Beans weren’t in the wrap or on the side so I rang them and they said they’d bring it to me. Over half an hour later I realise I got a missed call and ring back and they say it’s a charge of £1.50? As beans isn’t with the wrap. I told them it’s on my receipt and it was on the options of sauces when placing the order. They then told me they’d send it anyway but next time don’t choose beans even though it is an option when ordering? Wrap is cold, not wrapped correctly, chips inside wrap are not very fresh with black hard pieces on it, barely any cheese, no beans and took nearly an hour to then get my beans!! [reply to st Anne’s] I have my receipt photoed. I was one of the deliveries. This response made near to no sense and was very unprofessional. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Paula, thank you so much for the lovely review! We’re really pleased you enjoyed both the gluten free and regular fish, chips and peas — and it’s especially great to hear the gluten free tasted just as good! That’s exactly what we aim for. Thanks for the support, and we hope to see you again soon!
