i am here for my pick up order i already wait there for 20 mins and when i asked the staff about my order she told i dont know i Am busy . Is this the services you are provided to customers. who order online are not your customers . I never saw this kind of restaurant in my life specially that short girl she dont know who to talk with customers she shouted me that i am busy then what i can do i am just asking how long does my order take. Please Resolve this issue this is the 3rd Time we are not coming in restaurants for insulting . In this modern world still they are doing Racisim because i am not canadian. Poor service i ever got in my life will never come again in this restaurant Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$60–70 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good evening I apologize for your experience tonight while waiting for a delivery order I can assure you, my staff are not racist. We did get busy and unfortunately, our customers that dine in do take precedence over takeout orders. We apologize.

First time trying St. Louis Bar & Grill. Ordered the rib/wing combo and it was not good. The ribs had a strange taste to them, like they were “off”. The wings were overcooked and looked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp keeping warm for awhile. They fries were good. Was really looking forward to trying this restaurant but left very disappointed. Don’t think I will be back.
