Small hole in the wall bar with good food. Very friendly and helpful staff. No issues bringing kid for some dinner. Do note, half off wing Wednesdays are for dine-in only. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A "Cheers" bar exists in Rochester, and its name is "St. Paul Proper". I have never met a bar/restaurant owner more respectful of disabled persons. Dan (the owner) and Haley (Rochester's best bartender) were thoroughly thoughtful and ensured a premium experience while I was there. The atmosphere is comfortable for people from 21 to 81, and everybody gets along so well with each other. It's hard to believe a place like this exists in today's world. Come visit and I promise you will leave with a smile... Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
