Indeed, an evening was well organized in our restaurant on the Saturday evening of your arrival, an evening requiring privatization in view of the number of guests planned. In advance, we had tried to warn our customers present in our establishment that evening as much as possible, in particular by warning them of the risk of nuisance until 11 p.m., a time which was respected, and by offering to reserve a dinner for you in another establishment, a request to which you did not respond. However, we would like to apologize for this inconvenience. An assessment of this evening was made to our management so that the inconveniences do not recur in the future. Concerning our parking, the latter has indeed become paying and accessible by reservation only since December 1, 2023, in order to regulate its attendance which became problematic when the hotel was full. The information has been updated on our official website as well as on Booking.com, but it turns out that this is not the case on Google. On this incorrect information, we apologize and have asked Google to correct this information. Likewise, the welcome you received does not meet our standards, and we are surprised because the person who welcomed you is appreciated more for their warm welcome than the reverse.
