Ordered a venti drink with lite ice. By the time I was done with my drink, I still had 2/3 cup full of ice. Seems like the baristas don’t know what lite ice means. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Long lines and staff did not seem to care. Coffee drink didn't even taste like coffee, but I wasn't going to wait another 30min for them to fix it. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

3rd time in a row and more than 6th time overall that my flat white has been made like a latte and so my drink is 3/4 full. I deleted my previous poor review of this location because things improved. But I might have to go out of my way to menasha again.
