I love this store! They are always very friendly and they always go above and beyond on their drinks. They have the best drinks out of any Starbucks i have been to. It makes me feel like I really got my money's worth

Placed a mobile pick up order at 6am, 1hr after posted opening time, and when I arrived to pick it up and Americano, we were told that they were closed. They told us to take the mobile app to a different Starbucks and "they would accept it". I use the mobile app because I'm on the go and don't have time to run around to another location. When we were leaving the parking lot, we heard them taking orders at the drive thru! Service: 1
