So disappointed!!!! I went here with my mother today at 130 and the girl who took our order was so unprofessional. She shouldn’t be working customer service if she’s going to make it so obvious she doesn’t want to help. She was rude/had an attitude and our drinks tasted like crap. My mother called to speak with the manager and she was zero help. She even started defending the rude worker. We will be taking our money else where. Food: 1 Service: 1

We went through drive through. I got two cookie crumble Frappuccino. When we got to the window she gave us two Carmel Frappuccino . We told the girl that not what we order. She got mad grab are drinks we even apologized and she was still rude. They did remake the drinks. Just because u made a mistake u didn’t have be nasty toward us. Service: 1
