I was very disappointed by my experience at the Starbucks inside Town Center Mall today. I stopped by to ask for a cup of water and was told that I HAD to purchase something before they would give me one. I was surprised because I am a loyal Starbucks customer and purchase from Starbucks almost every day. To make my point, I ended up buying an item I didn’t even want and loaded $100 onto my Starbucks card. What I find most disappointing is the policy itself. Requiring someone to make a purchase just to receive a cup of water seems unreasonable, especially for a company of Starbucks’ size. It also makes me wonder about people who may genuinely need water but cannot afford to buy something first. Imagine a single mother walking through the mall with her child on a hot day who simply asks for a cup of water. Turning someone away over something so basic doesn’t reflect the welcoming environment I usually associate with Starbucks. I hope management reviews this policy and considers showing more compassion. Small acts of kindness leave lasting impressions, and unfortunately, so do experiences like this. Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very rude and dangerous staff, I specifically stated that I was lactose intolerant and ordered a coffee with oatmilk t- a few hours later I had the worst cramp and had to leave work early- once it's a mistake but another time..this is a training issue. Absolutely horrible! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Dietary restrictions: Do not trust them to make anything for you without watching it made.
