The reason that I like Starbucks is the Jazz music, and other instrumental, but lately they are playing such horrible Bachata, soy latino pero no creo que esa música debería de escucharse aquí. Si es así mejor voy al café cubano. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a mint Majesty tea and a sandwich they came quickly. I sat down and knowing that the tea is sometimes hot I waited about 10 minutes while I ate my sandwich and did some work. Then I took a sip of the tea. It was so hot. I spit it right out onto the table. I was sitting at I cleaned it up and went to the desk to complain and she said oh we know that our water is boiling out, it comes out of the machine. You should put some ice in it and ice in your mouth, which I did. I have a blister on the inside of my lip and my tongue feels burned. I couldn’t eat my sandwich and I’m extremely anxious. I called Starbucks. They wanted to know if I was going to a doctor I know that you can’t do anything with a burn in the mouth or sores so I said no. They put $25 in my account, but that does not pay for the suffering and the horrible experience that machine should not be that hot and if it is then you should be worn ahead of time and I should be given with the tea, very disappointed.
