I can see why there’s either 5 stars or 1. My tall lavender matcha had no lavender foam after I asked twice and they confirmed I not only could not see it on the drink didn’t taste like it at all one of the worst lavender Matchas I’ve ever had my drink was half full the rest was matcha foam cannot believe I paid $6 for 4oz of terrible matcha. It felt like I got someone’s half drank drink from the trash. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3

Have always had the best experience at Starbucks in Bonham. Everyone is normally super nice but this morning( and I didn't get her name), but had the absolutely worst employee experience. This lady was so rude!!! We all have a bad day but she was terrible and jumped on a man(customer) because of where he was standing waiting on an order!! Bonham tx location Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I placed a pickup order through DoorDash for Starbucks, but the address shown in the app was incorrect and directed me to a remote forest area instead of the actual store location. While following the navigation, I was taken onto a gravel road with no proper access or signage, and I eventually encountered a trespassing warning, indicating that I had been led to private property. I spent nearly one hour traveling on unsafe roads due to this incorrect address, which caused significant inconvenience, safety concerns, and delay. As a result, I was unable to complete the pickup as expected. This appears to be a mapping or address error within DoorDash, and I request a full refund along with correction of the address to prevent similar issues for other customers Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
