We all know Starbucks isn’t the best coffee or food, but they’re consistent and the service is usually pretty food. Coming from a customer service background I can say that having good customer service goes a long way. Maybe it was an off day today but wow! Everyone behind the counter looked miserable and the person I placed my order with seemed like he just wanted to get it over with. When my drink came out they didn’t put the sticker that usually goes on there so that you know it’s yours so I asked and the barista condescendingly asked “Well, is there a sticker there with your name?” Excuse me?!? I spun the cup at least twice to look for it. You watched me do it. This if by far the absolute worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I feel sorry for the people who regularly come to this location. Or maybe I’m spoiled because the one that my wife and I usually go to the people there seem to really care about their job and customers. Don’t go here if you’re looking for any sense of customer service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20
