This is the closest Starbucks to me a 30 mile round trip. It's been going down for a while it really doesn't look clean and no one greeting anyone with a smile aside from maybe a young new employee here or there. Buy a bag of beans on the regular and have them ground for my Keurig. Last week I bought a bag of 1971 and always ask for med-lg grind, the first cup I made put back pressure on the machine. I called asked to exchange I was told by young lady she would text the manager for approval but said it should be no problem. I went in she said I needed a a recipe give me a break they never give a receipt i told her I used my gift card was not given a receipt. She texted the manager again and I was told I could come back and talk to manager tomorrow, 30mile round trip. At this location customer service is not in their vocabulary.i will wait until I am in SA to go to Starbucks after my gift card is empty I will give dutch brothers a try. Done buying cups, beans, the latest drinks, Christmas ornaments and gift cards for loved ones. Customer loyalty means nothing the service is a far cry from when I fell in love with the company. Seriously though a supervisor needs to take a look into this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I walked in picking up a door dash, and I've been here for 5 mins, and not one employee had acknowledged me, asked me anything or looked at me. The most rude Employees I've ever delt with at a Starbucks in my life and I've been to over 20 Starbucks locations, this location is the by far the worst.

Sour faces of the employees and usage of rude words while talking to each other is not what I expected from Starbucks. The food wasn’t handled nicely, and beverages were not prepared as requested and paid extra. Super cramped, dirty dining room and disorganized prep area.
