I ordered hot cappuccino and I got Hot cappuccino with mocha caramel. I don’t do sweeteners. To go back and reorder, feels like I wasted my time because I have to wait for new cappuccino. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I visit the Cleburne Starbucks pretty regularly, and while the drinks are consistent and the location is convenient, there’s one issue that seriously needs to be addressed: the drive-thru payment process. Please stop prompting the tip screen when I’m paying in the drive-thru—especially when it’s handled inconsistently. Half the employees automatically hit “no tip” before handing the device over, while others act like they’re not allowed to do that at all. It creates an awkward situation where customers are put on the spot. Even more uncomfortable is when the device is held out the window and there’s this silent expectation to tip—it comes across as forced and unnecessary. Tipping should always feel optional, not pressured. The inconsistency between employees just makes the experience more frustrating and confusing than it needs to be. I’m here for coffee, not to navigate an uncomfortable payment interaction every time I pull up. I’d really like to see management standardize how this is handled so customers aren’t put in that position. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
