the customer service is great. the only issue i have is when i order my iced chai tea it tastes like milk almost every time. i sometimes even order it with 2 pumps of vanilla syrup to try and add flavor but it still tastes like milk. if i wanted milk i would go buy a gallon of it for $3 at stracks Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I never put in reviews, but this time it was bad. I put in a mobile order for a Dubai Matcha with Oatmilk (which I always get) and I got there and it wasn’t ready. Which is okay I understand it was a little busy, but my drink was horrible. The drink was warm with no ice and couldn’t even see the cold foam. And matcha where? It was very waterd down. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Sat at the drive thru for a little bit no with my order visibly sitting next to the drive thru worker. The person who made the drink filled it to the brim. The person who works the drive thru was very rude and spilled it on my clothes as she handed it to me. Brushed it off as being funny and handed me three napkins I asked for more and she quickly gave me 3 more. Now my pants are soaked and sticky. Thanks a lot
