Waiting for 10 mins, both female employees were on break at the same time and no one at the register. And when they got to the front and saw us they were on there phone not making eye contact. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a coupon on my phone to get a drink for three dollars and the girl at the register told me that it wasn’t on my account. It was there because I hadn’t used it. I had to call customer service and that girl told me she could see the offer on my account and see it was unused. She told me she would refund me and told me to go back. I go back and they still tried to tell me my account didn’t use the offer. I finally got my drink, but I shouldn’t have had to go through all that. My drink was delicious though. So, I guess silver lining. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I will not be returning. I have had the same order for about a year now. Nothing has changed with my starbucks order. When I pulled up to the window, my order was wrong. I politely let the barrista know my order was wrong. She then, in return, told me I ordered my drink wrong, and it's my fault the order was made wrong. There was zero accountability in her messing it up. It's okay people mess up, but don't turn it around on me like I ordered my drink wrong; an order that hasn't changed in over a year. I will now be going out of my way to avoid this location when I'm driving through. I will not spend any money at this location again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
